I believe that Jagexcould create a mix of Smithing and Mining Guild. In order to be eligible for membership, one would require at least 60 levels. But, it will let those who are skilled miners/smithers to have access to the doors that allow them to separate. Mining Guild Re-Vampedc'mon seriously, five mithril rock and like 30 coals. I would suggest 15-20 mithril, 10-12 adamant, 3-5 and 8-12 gold. This OSRS buy gold would make the guild very popular and overpopulated so perhaps not the runite part.
